How to change IMEI numbers for your Cell Phone Recon account?

You can monitor 1 handset at a time with each serial key you have purchased. You can change the handset being monitored as many times as you wish. To change the handset being monitored, follow the instructions below:

  1. Install the application on the new handset (see installation instructions)
  2. Log into your existing user account
  3. Click on 'Manage IMEI details'
  4. If details for an existing handset exist, then check the box next to IMEI and click 'Delete IMEI'
  5. Click on 'Add IMEI'
  6. Enter the new IMEI and serial key, these 2 fields are mandatory
  7. Click the submit button and the new handset details will be saved
